Overview
As a Deployment Strategist, you define AI strategy and shape agentic deployments for enterprise clients. You lead multi-phase engagements, translating business challenges into scalable, value-focused AI solutions with governance. You work closely with delivery teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI platforms and the chance to influence enterprise transformation. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment that values impact and customer outcomes.

- Define AI strategy and roadmaps; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis
- Oversee deployment with program management: timelines, stakeholders, risk, reporting

Responsibilities
- 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior customer-facing delivery experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; Agentic AI capabilities
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
- Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
- Experience in AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
- Strong project/program management and multi-workstream leadership
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- Business proficiency in Italian and English
