Azienda nel settore fashion Reporting to the Store Manager, the VM is responsible for the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines, installation of window displays and maintenance of visual standards in the shop, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Visual Merchandising Team.

Main Activities

- The in-Store VM is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Visual Merchandising in his/her Store.
- The in-Store VM supports and collaborates with the Store Management to achieve sales and business objectives, ensuring compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines at all times.
- The in-Store VM communicates, develops and trains Sales Associate of his store on visual standards and VM best practices.
- The in-Store VM supports and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising Italy Team by transposing guidelines and ensuring that standards are always guaranteed.
- The in-Store VM can occasionally support shops in the same local market and participate in new openings, renovations, pop-up stores and model stores both nationally and internationally.
- The in-Store VM monitors VM product inventories in shops, managing orders and maintenance for them.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in the role.
- Knowledge of product, brand objectives and philosophy regarding sales & marketing strategy.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to relate to people of all levels.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Hourly flexibility with willingness to work nights and holidays where necessary.
- Possession of driving licence.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience in a premium/luxury environment is a plus.
- English good knowledge, written and spoken.

Remuneration

Inquadramento e retribuzione fissa Inquadramento: IV livello CCNL per Aziende del Terziario distribuzione e servizi (Codice CNEL H011)
Retribuzione annua lorda (RAL): euro 27.000 - 30.000

Retribuzione variabile Sistema di commissioni mensili, semestrali e annuali disciplinato annualmente da specifica policy aziendale.
