For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor , developer, and asset manager, with a consolidated presence in Italy, we are currently looking for a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING SPECIALIST
The candidate will join the Italian team, reporting functionally to the European Head of Marketing while providing day‑to‑day support to the Italian Management Team. The role will contribute to commercial activities across business development, marketing, and operational coordination, with a focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and leasing support.
Responsibilities
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing leasing and BTS pipelines through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
- Contribute to commercial performance through lead qualification, proposal preparation, customer engagement, and coordination with leasing and asset management teams.
- Provide operational and reporting support across marketing and commercial activities, including CRM management, KPI monitoring, budget tracking, pipeline reporting, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, leasing, development, and asset management teams to enhance customer acquisition, occupancy performance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Development & Marketing role within an international real estate investor, developer, or asset manager.
- Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market ; exposure to the logistics and industrial sector is considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to work effectively across different business functions;
- Fluency in English and Italian is required;
- Proactive, hands‑on and business‑oriented mindset , with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to operate in an international and dynamic environment.
Location: Milan (hybrid working model).
Compensation package: €45,000 fixed salary plus target premio (up to 30%), CCNL Commercio, Livello 1.
