Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical ConstructionLocation: Milan, ItalyJob Type: Contract / FreelanceDuration: 12+ MonthsStart Date: ASAPOverviewWe are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan.They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedulesMonitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updatesCoordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teamsProduce look-ahead schedules,



critical path analysis and progress reportsIdentify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where requiredAttend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholdersSupport change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessmentsAssist with commissioning planning and project handoverRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Planner on pharmaceutical construction projects is essentialAdvanced Primavera P6 experienceStrong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environmentsExperience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (Italian is advantageous)If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply today or send your CV to (email hidden).
