Cross Border Talents is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team, starting in July or August. You will assist customers through social media and other digital channels, delivering outstanding support and a positive experience.
You will respond to inquiries in Italian, with English at B1/B2, type at least 20 wpm, and uphold empathy, professionalism, and the company’s policies.
