Ramboll is seeking an experienced European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across Europe. You will interface with Ramboll, payroll vendors, and local subcontractors, HR, Finance, ICT, and other stakeholders within a European hybrid/remote delivery model.

You will own service performance, vendor governance, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives, leading payroll transformation and country onboarding while strengthening processes,
