Be the local HR ambassador in a truly international environment

We are now looking for an HR Manager Italy, based at our Gambassi plant , who will act as the local HR lead for both of our Italian sites - Gambassi and Forlì while being an active member of the local management teams and our HR team. This role is key to translating global HR strategy into impactful local execution: close to the business, close to people, and close to our operations.

Your Mission

As HR Manager Italy, you will be responsible for the full HR agenda across our Gambassi and Forlì plants, ensuring alignment between global HR strategies and local business and legal realities.

You will:

- Implement the HR strategy in close connection with business priorities and operational needs across both plants
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for local management, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational change and a high-performance culture
- Ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies, adapted to local context and Italian legislation

Lead all local HR processes within the regional HR team:

- Recruitment & selection
- Talent identification, succession and retention planning




- Learning & development support & local training management
- Employee relations & social dialogue: oversee employee relations in a production environment, including conflict management, disciplinary processes and local litigations. Lead and support relations with trade unions and RSU/RSA, and manage the application of the relevant CCNL across both sites
- Payroll and all related labor administration
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism and workforce data across both plants, turning insights into action
- Ensure full compliance with Italian labor law and internal standards across the plants
- HR reporting
- Drive HR improvement initiatives based on data analysis and business needs
- Support and lead HR transformation projects, including process standardization, digitalization and future skills development
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a strong employee experience
- Support certification audits from an HR perspective

You will be supported locally by an HR team member and functionally connected to the regional HR organization. Regular travel between Gambassi and Forlì is expected.

Your Experience & Background

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience managing employee relations, Italian labor law topics and payroll-related matters, ideally across multiple sites
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Solid MS Office skills; experience working without heavy HRIS structures is a plus
