RTW Fabric Sampling & Purchasing Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you support research, development and production handover of fabric collections, coordinating suppliers, systems and internal stakeholders. You drive fabric sampling, purchasing and archive maintenance to ensure timely delivery and accurate material data. You collaborate with the RTW team, the London research office and suppliers to sustain a smooth development process. Your work underpins ethical, high-quality luxury fashion through organized sourcing and budget management. This is a chance to shape fabric strategy within a leading sustainable brand.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as main contact for fabric sampling and purchasing within RTW, coordinating with the London office and external suppliers
Manage relationships with fabric suppliers, including inquiries, follow‑ups, price negotiation and delivery timelines
Maintain fabric information in internal systems with accurate coding, orders, updates and tracking with Production
Own and update the seasonal fabric archive, keeping catalogues and material libraries organized and current
Monitor seasonal sampling budget, track costs, purchase orders and related expenditure
Coordinate materials for prototype development, ensuring timely sourcing, stock visibility and delivery with Product Development and Warehouse
Responsabilità At least 3 years in fabric sampling, purchasing, textile sourcing or similar in fashion/luxury
Experience in supplier management, order follow‑up, price negotiation and material tracking
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Fluent English, written and spoken
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with Stealth, PLM and/or Kubix is a plus
Requisiti fondamentali Salary: 35,000‑40,000 gross annual
