ph3Job Purpose /h3 pThrough your passion for the brand and professionalism you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting the store back‑of‑house operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for all aspects of inventory control including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies. /li liSupporting the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback. /li liKeeping back‑of‑house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards. /li liPerforming quality control on all products at all times and reporting any issues to the store lead. /li liSupporting after‑sales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience. /li liEnsuring all stockroom equipment is working and fully operational, raising any concerns through Ask Services immediately.



/li liAd‑hoc administration including answering telephone calls, responding and liaising with customer service, stationery and supermarket orders, and general administrative tasks. /li liAd‑hoc requests by store management to support events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties. /li /ul h3Personal Profile /h3 ul liExcellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication skills both verbal and in writing. /li liIntermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software. /li liPrevious experience with SAP desirable. /li liAbility to work well in a team. /li liAbility to work in a busy team environment. /li /ul pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and, as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
