Senior HR leader acting as a strategic partner to the business, overseeing the full hire-to-retire lifecycle while supporting senior stakeholders across functions. Responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and managing labor relations.

What You Will Be Doing
The HR Manager will be responsible for delivering the full scope of activities typically associated with the business partner role, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The position covers the entire employee lifecycle ("hire-to-retire"). The HR Manager will also provide expert advice and coaching to management on people-related decisions and change management initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee Labor Relations at both territorial and national levels, ensuring effective management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions, as well as compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a key role in negotiations, dispute resolution, and the implementation of national and local labor agreements.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in senior HR roles, preferably within complex multinational organizations

Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to operate seamlessly across both structured settings and evolving, fluid environments

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach in operational contexts, effectively connecting and collaborating with diverse populations, from frontline workforce to executive leadership

Demonstrated track record in leading complex and high‑impact negotiations,



including interactions with unions and employee representatives

Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Vice Presidents across multiple functions

High level of adaptability, creativity and problem‑solving capability, combined with a holistic and forward‑looking mindset

Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while fostering collaboration across functions and geographies

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

Strong project management capabilities, with experience in driving cross‑functional initiatives and organizational transformation

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this role starts at €80,000 per year; the offer may increase based on professional experience, technical skills, educational background, soft skills, attitude, and how well the profile aligns with the responsibilities and objectives of the role
