In this role you drive digital transformation for globally leading clients, shaping technical solutions in line with business needs. You will lead projects using agile methods and modern IT approaches to deliver tailored customer journeys. You analyse market trends, including machine learning, to inform architecture and solution design, including cyber resilience. You join a cross‑functional, global team at BCG Platinion to turn digital visions into practical outcomes that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the digital transformation for globally leading clients with clear alignment to business context.

Develop and deliver projects using agile methods and modern IT approaches.

Analyse client situations and market trends to design future‑oriented customer journeys.





Design and optimise IT architectures for enterprise requirements, bespoke software, and sustainable digital solutions including cyber resilience.

Qualifications

- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant IT consulting experience.
- Fluent understanding of buzzwords such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
- Enjoy solving complex digital challenges and sharing solutions.
- Comfortable in interdisciplinary, global teams and willing to travel.
- Good at communicating complex topics in Italian and English.
