As Technical Implementation Manager, you will lead a global technical hub responsible for configuring and customizing Kubix Link during deployment. You’ll align technical delivery with customer and business priorities, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. You’ll mentor engineers, manage resources, and drive governance to sustain delivery excellence. This role offers impact through complex, customer-facing implementations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead and mentor internal and external technical teams globally
- Plan training paths and buddy programs to grow capability
- Ensure resource availability and backup strategies during peak periods
- Allocate resources to meet project demands, balancing staff and contractors
- Establish governance frameworks and standardized methodologies for quality
- Oversee deliverables to meet customer requirements and internal standards
- Provide leadership on high-priority, system integration projects
- Participate in customer-facing discussions to address challenges and risks
- Resolve escalated technical issues and coordinate ad hoc interventions
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Consultants, PMs, and CSMs to align technical delivery




- Act as a trusted technical advisor in customer discussions
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools and processes

Responsabilità

- Strong background in software engineering and IT
- At least 10 years managing development teams for SaaS providers or integrators
- Proven ability to mentor technical teams including external resources
- Experience in system integration and delivering scalable solutions with SaaS customization
- Expertise in dynamic resource planning and ensuring team availability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging regional stakeholders and customers
- Experience implementing technical governance frameworks and maintaining quality
- Balance of technical excellence with customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments
- Proven track record delivering high-quality solutions in customer-facing roles
- Native Italian and fluent English; French a plus
