In this role you will serve as a trusted financial partner, turning data into strategic insights to drive performance and growth. You will contribute to planning, reporting, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information across the business. You’ll work with commercial, operational, and finance teams to improve reporting and analysis tools while aligning with internal controls. - Coordinate timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews
- Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Partner with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards




- Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools
- G/L account and balance reconciliation, ongoing partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast (AR and Liabilities)

Responsabilità

- Strong experience in FP&A;, controlling, or business finance
- Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with large datasets
- Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
