Overview

Experteer Overview: As a Service Designer, you shape end-to-end service experiences that align user needs with business aims and operations. You map current and future states, run discovery to uncover gaps, and translate insights into practical concepts. You collaborate with design, tech, and operations to craft implementable solutions, test them in pilots, and guide delivery teams toward measurable outcomes. This role centers on scalable, user-focused service design within enterprise settings.

- Practical experience supporting implementation, not just concept development
- Strong documentation of decisions, assumptions, and outcomes
