The Project Engineer, Agile Master, supports the delivery of complex software and automation solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems.
The role focuses onfacilitatingstructured development cycles, removing impediments, and improving team performance within a defined subsystem or product scope. It ensures effective collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams, supporting the reliable and efficient delivery of high-quality software and automation functionalities.
Your Impact
Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment.
Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture.
Drive continuous improvement byfacilitatingreviews and retrospectives,identifyingimprovement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments byidentifyingdelivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status while supporting team-level outcomes within established Agile frameworks.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional software or engineering teams

Compensation
Applicable salary range: €39,000 – €60,000 gross annual salary.
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations
Your Workplace
This role follows AGCO’s on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork from our Breganzesite.
