Tariff and Underwriting Implementation

The candidate will play an active role in the tariff and underwriting deployment, ensuring competitiveness, optimizing time to market, with special focus on tools performance and adaptability of developments.

Key Tasks

- Implementation of tariff components into the pricing tool
- Implementation of underwriting components
- Scenario testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performance and to verify the effectiveness of the introduced measures
- Development and maintenance of features and products, rating factors and reports based on relevant KPIs
- Data exploration analysis using internal and external sources
- Data collection and preparation for ad hoc analysis
- Collaboration with other business functions

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

- 1-4 years proven experience in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with a focus on Data/Pricing
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Knowledge in Wills Tower Watson pricing suite
- SQL, Python, and Java
- Proficient with Office
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills




- Ability to work both independently and in a team as well as to engage and interact with different stakeholders
- Team spirit, self‑motivation, and a proactive result‑driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
- Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 35.000 gross and € 45.000 gross.

Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
