Salary Range: 35K - 40K year (CCNL Commercio)

Job Summary

Jameel Motors Italy is seeking a proactive and analytical Product & Pricing Specialist to support vehicle portfolio management and pricing activities.

The role will be responsible for product and pricing analysis, market intelligence, and the maintenance of product and pricing data. Working closely with internal teams and OEM partners, the successful candidate will help ensure competitive product offerings and support the achievement of commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support management of the vehicle portfolio, including models, trims, options, and specifications.
- Maintain product and pricing data across internal systems.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses.
- Prepare pricing recommendations and profitability analyses.




- Support the implementation of price lists, campaigns, and incentive programs.
- Monitor sales, margin, product, and pricing performance.
- Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and OEM stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for product and pricing reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Academic background in Economics, Marketing or Engineering
- Up to 3 years of experience in Product, Pricing, Commercial Planning, or a related automotive function.
- Experience within an OEM, importer, or automotive distributor environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of product portfolio management and pricing principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in Italian and English
