Client Advisor – Part Time (20h) – Luxury Brand Boutique
Gi Group Spa, filiale di Massa Carrara, offers a position with a Luxury Brand boutique in Forte Dei Marmi. The role focuses on assisting and consulting customers in apparel and accessories.

Responsibilities

Provide assisted sales and manage all point‑of‑sale activities.

Ensure customer welcome and consultation.

Perform client‑eling, manage CRM and communicate product and collection stories.

Operate cash register and contribute to customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Client Advisor in a customer‑focused environment.

Orientation towards customer retention.

Positive attitude, pro‑social and team‑working orientation.

Excellent English language skills; additional language is a plus.

Working Hours
Part‑time, 20 hours per week,



Monday to Sunday on a shift schedule.

Contract and Compensation

Direct insertion with the client for a fixed term of 6 months.

CCNL Commercio, 4th level.

Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €26,000, pro‑rated for part‑time.

Buoni pasto €8 per day and incentive system for performance objectives.

Forte Dei Marmi, Italy.
