Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape public affairs strategies to support Novo Nordisk’s priorities across therapeutic areas. You’ll build and sustain relationships with institutional stakeholders and healthcare authorities to foster a policy environment that enables innovation and prevention. You will monitor national and EU developments, assess impacts on patients and health systems, and contribute to evidence-based policy positions. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive advocacy initiatives and corporate projects that advance patient outcomes.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders, healthcare authorities, scientific societies, patient organisations and industry associations
Monitor and analyse national and European policy developments and assess impacts on patients and health systems
Facilitate dialogue and partnerships to improve prevention, innovation and awareness through advocacy initiatives
Contribute to evidence-based policy positions, advocacy plans and briefing materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with External Affairs and Business Units to align messaging and initiatives
Support development of policy development and stakeholder engagement plans
Represent the company in relevant forums and discussions with national authorities and industry groups
Responsabilità Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Law, Life Sciences or related discipline
Minimum 5 years in Public Affairs, Government Affairs or Institutional Relations, pharma sector desirable
Strong understanding of national and European policy environments and impact assessment for patients and health systems
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders and patient organisations
Excellent communication, advocacy and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English; Italian fluency essential for national stakeholders
