Experteer Overview As a Technical Application Engineer at Promat for Etex, you turn customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for demanding high-temperature processes. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to design, validate and document technical solutions that meet standards and regulations. You'll manage multiple projects, support from design through after-sales, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment. This role offers cross-country exposure in Europe and a meaningful opportunity to shape industrial applications at scale.

Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions
Interpret customer requirements and specifications
Support projects from design through to after-sales
Prepare and review technical documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Respond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering teams




Manage multiple technical projects and priorities
Liaise with testing and certification bodies
Support product testing and validation activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver accurate and practical technical guidance
Maintain expertise in products, applications and industry standards
Responsabilità Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
