We are hiring a Truss Designer with a regional leader in manufacturing high-quality trusses for agricultural, residential, and commercial buildings. This role is a hands‑on design role with no direct management responsibilities, working closely with sales and production to deliver code‑compliant, manufacturable solutions. Produce roof and floor truss layouts and designs using truss design software (Eagle Trubuild or comparable)

Read and interpret architectural/structural plans and specifications

Ensure designs meet applicable codes, engineering requirements and standards

Review and revise designs

Assist with material lists, design documentation and job file organization

2+ years of truss and structural component design experience

Proficiency with truss design software

Ability to read architectural/structural drawings

Effective communication

Must work on site

Pay $60,000 - $90,000 per year
