Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead Teva’s global Solids & Semi-Solids manufacturing network strategy, aligning demand, capacity and investment with long-term financial goals. You will drive footprint optimization, supply resilience and cost competitiveness within the Pivot to Growth agenda. As an integrator across Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations, you shape the network to enable sustainable expansion and optimal product-to-site allocation. You’ll lead cross-functional programs and materialize strategic improvements that boost efficiency and service.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define and evolve the global OSD/Solids & Semi-Solids manufacturing network strategy
Lead Long-Term Strategy (LTS) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) across sites, regions and portfolio
Translate demand scenarios into capacity, footprint and investment roadmaps
Identify and implement network optimization levers (site specialization, consolidation/divestment, IH vs ExM balance)
Ensure alignment with EUROW strategy, US market needs and emerging markets growth
Act as the integrator between Global Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations for product-to-site allocation
Drive make vs buy decisions, tech transfers,



product rationalization and BD alignment
Develop business cases (NPV/IRR/payback, sensitivity analysis) and deliver measurable footprint/cost improvements
Oversee capacity, utilization and operational excellence (OEE, throughput, cycle time) across the network
Lead strategic projects (site exits/divestments, new site/line investments, network redesign) with end-to-end governance and risk management
Responsabilità 15+ years total experience in pharma production or related field
10+ years in pharmaceutical production or equivalent distribution
Global, cross-functional leadership experience
Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Advanced project management and change-management capabilities
Ability to influence without authority and work independently
MS Office skills; experience with financial modeling (NPV/IRR) preferred
MBA or MS degree preferred
