FICC Sales Vice President - Flow Rates

Experteer Overview In this role you will build and manage institutional client relationships to develop the German FICC flow franchise. You’ll originate and execute fixed income opportunities in primary and secondary markets while delivering market intelligence and investment ideas. You’ll collaborate with DCM, Syndicate and Research to support new issues and to provide high-quality client service and execution. This position offers exposure to macro trends, credit markets and issuer developments within a leading European banking group.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (asset managers, insurers, banks, pension funds, professional investors)
Originate and execute fixed income opportunities in primary and secondary markets
Provide market intelligence, investment ideas and relative value opportunities
Support new issues in coordination with DCM, Syndicate and Research teams
Monitor credit markets, spreads, macro trends and issuer developments to identify opportunities
Prepare client presentations, investment proposals, market updates and marketing materials
Respond to client requests, provide pricing and support trade execution
Analyze client portfolios and trading activity to increase engagement and revenue
Participate in meetings, roadshows and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client service and execution
Responsabilità 5/7 years of experience in similar role
Proven relationships with German/Austrian customers, RMs (including insurance and pension funds) and banks
Deep knowledge of Credits/Rates/EM markets
Ability to analyze market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, primary and secondary market specifics
Bachelor or Master degree
English and German language proficiency
Preferred: relationships with other Continental Europe accounts or EM players
