You’ll design talent development strategies, drive engagement initiatives, and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusivity. Lead and manage a multi‑vertical team (L&D;, Internal Communication, Employer Branding)
Create annual strategy aligned with company vision and business needs
Adapt European HQ guidelines to local context
Design L&D; programs tailored to country needs
Develop Talent Development strategy linking HR functions
Formulate Employer Branding strategy and stakeholder relationships
Deploy company communications on LinkedIn and internal channels
Plan internal communications for Retail and Corporate populations
Design well-being initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement
Coordinate educational actions and messaging to ensure coherence
Organize motivating events with HRBP
Drive continuous innovation in HR approaches
Negotiate cross‑department needs with sustainability considerations
Act as ambassador of company values and culture
Ensure equal opportunity and inclusive environment
Proven experience as Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding or similar
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent stakeholder management and information sharing
Good organizational awareness
Positive attitude toward change management
