Experteer Italy is seeking a senior HSE leader to drive the project HSE program on major construction sites in Italy. You will develop and implement the Project HSE Management Plan, ensure integration into planning and contractor management, and monitor site performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will mentor site managers, coordinate risk-based improvements, and engage with authorities and stakeholders to foster a culture of compliant, safe operations.
