Experteer Overview As a Senior Project Manager in Milan, you will oversee cost, schedule and budget control for construction projects, aligning with client goals and our project delivery capabilities. You will lead contracting, vendor oversight and milestone tracking to prevent delays, while ensuring accurate cost estimates and payments. You’ll liaise with cross-functional teams and clients, advocating for the client during disputes and ensuring smooth close-out and handover. This role offers impact by shaping project economics and delivering successful outcomes on high-stakes real estate initiatives.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets
Oversee General Contractor and direct vendors/consultants
Track critical milestones to avoid schedule slip
Review proposals, pricing, and scopes
Approve cost-loaded schedules and capital expenditures
Lead client and stakeholder meetings
Identify cost drivers and report on data
Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
Review payment requests and ensure schedule-aligned equipment
Record and act on potential claims on behalf of the client
Coordinate scheduling consultant reviewsApprove final invoices and retention payments
Oversee transfer of building operations and warranties at close-out
Responsabilità University degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the real estate sector
Business-level Italian and English
Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Team-oriented, self-motivated, willing to support other groups
Entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamism
