Experteer Overview As part of the Central Marketing Operations Team, you will craft compelling content and campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement across Europe for Wolters Kluwer's Legal Software unit. You’ll collaborate with international teams on global content campaigns, manage multimedia assets, and ensure brand consistency. Your work will blend storytelling, digital strategy, and visual creativity to support revenue growth and cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Create and distribute engaging marketing collateral
Produce visually compelling graphics and written content
Research to optimize messaging and campaigns
Coordinate multimedia packages (brochures, videos) and manage inventory of materials
Maintain documentation of marketing projects
Collaborate to ensure brand consistency
Manage localization workflows for content/assets with stakeholders
Update and refine materials with Product Marketing
Enhance assets to align with market needs

Plan and schedule social media posts across owned channels and align cross‑channel strategy
Support performance tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives
Responsabilità 3+ years in copywriting and content production, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech
Strong visual sensibility and multimedia production interest
Fast learner of new marketing tools and platforms
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing and content development (articles, videos, emails, web pages)
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Google Analytics, InDesign, or video editing tools, Canvas, Figma, Miró is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian) are a premio
Positive attitude, self‑starter, collaborative team player
