The Role
As Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from concept definition through market launch and ongoing product evolution. You will act as the key interface between users, engineering teams, marketing, manufacturing, and business stakeholders, ensuring products deliver exceptional value while meeting technical, commercial, and user expectations. You will drive the development of integrated hardware and software solutions, translating market opportunities and customer needs into innovative products that musicians and audio professionals love.
Identify market opportunities and emerging industry trends
Analyze competitors and develop product positioning strategies
Gather and interpret feedback from musicians, producers, and audio professionals
Evaluate product concepts from technical, financial, and timing perspectives
Product Definition
Define product vision, requirements, and specifications
Create and maintain detailed product documentation
Design user workflows and contribute to UI/UX concepts
Ensure alignment between product goals and technical implementation
Coordinate cross‑functional teams
Manage priorities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate decision‑making and resolve development challenges
Balance customer expectations, business goals, and technical constraints
Testing & Validation
Oversee product testing, validation, and debugging activities
Validate product during development stages and report back to developers
Define priorities based on product quality, stability, and user impact
Ensure products meet performance and reliability standards
Go‑to‑Market & Product Launch
Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning and launch strategies
Prepare Product Overview Documents and competitive analysis materials
Support creation of technical documentation, web content, demos, and promotional materials
Coordinate launch readiness across all stakeholders
Product Lifecycle Management
Monitor product performance after launch
Manage updates, feature enhancements, and future product revisions
Contribute to long‑term product roadmap planning
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience as Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of audio technology, music production, or professional audio equipment
Experience managing complex hardware and software development projects
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Background in DSP, embedded systems, firmware, or audio software
Experience as musician, producer, sound engineer, or audio enthusiast
Knowledge of recording, live sound, digital audio workflows, and music technology ecosystems
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
