Overview

As an Account Manager in Naples, you will steward a portfolio of restaurant brands, helping them grow within Deliveroo’s network. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven consultancy, optimize performance, and improve partner satisfaction. You’ll negotiate terms and shape the portfolio strategy to boost revenue and market share. This role offers the chance to influence a fast-growing European market and build lasting partner relationships in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands and build lasting partner relationships
- Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners, and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and partner mix




- Plan portfolio strategy to improve performance, financials, and loyalty
- Oversee P&L; perimeter, identifying opportunities and risks

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales
- P&L; knowledge and negotiation skills
- Experience building long-term relationships
- Experience using tools and project management applications to guide best practice
- Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market is a plus
- Fluency in English is a plus
