Customer Service Representative (gn) - Location: Milan/Italy - Temporary

As part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑the‑road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment. Our purpose is to drive the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility.

Responsibilities

Managing all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e‑mail with a high quality assistance level

Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding)

Maintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)

Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection

Familiar with MS Office

Excellent communicative skills

Strong customer orientation





Proactivity and high attention to details

Good team player

Italian fluency written and spoken (mandatory)

Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)

This position can be full‑time or part‑time (min. 30h/week). DKV Mobility offers flexible working arrangements, including part‑time and flexible working models, as well as a balance of on‑site meetings and home office.
