What's in it for you?

- Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto

- Contract Type: Permanent

- Salary: Base salary of €1000 (x14 months)

- Meal Allowance: €7.63 (net/day)

- Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent and all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

- Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off

Your Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.

- Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.

- Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.

- Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.

- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Profile

Required Skills:





- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)

- Strong PC navigation and computer skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.

- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).

- Associate degree in a related field.

- Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

- Team player with an independent work approach.

- A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations.
