pstrongAbout Us /strong /ppFor our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for an strongEMEA HR Specialist /strong to support the strongEMEA HR Lead /strong in operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppThe successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. /liliCoordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management. /liliSupport and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs. /liliAssist in the organization and participation in employer branding events, career fairs, and university engagement initiatives. /liliCoordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company’s subsidized meal service through the designated platform. /liliOversee company fleet administration and liaise with external fleet management providers. /liliSupport the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration. /liliAct as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters. /liliProvide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.



/liliContribute to local and international HR projects, as well as employee engagement initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWho We Are Looking For /strong /pulliMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 4–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations. /liliGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /liliFamiliarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions. /liliProactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /liliStrong ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliThe opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment. /liliDirect involvement in cross-functional and strategic HR projects across the EMEA region. /liliA collaborative culture focused on innovation, employee well-being, and continuous improvement. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongIndicative salary range /strong /pp€33,000 – €38,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, plus a variable annual premio. /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation /strong /ppstrongGenoa, Italy /strong /ppThe position follows a stronghybrid working model /strong, requiring regular office attendance while offering the flexibility to work remotely in accordance with company policy. /p
