pstrongSupport Engineer/ Workplace Support Engineer - 12 months+ 300-340€ per day- On site Milano mainly + Lugano occasionally /strong /ppbr / /ppLooking for an Italian speaking VIP Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer who will have access to the client's IT team for escalations and specialist support. We are looking for someone credible, autonomous, and capable of interacting effectively with executive and VIP stakeholders. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey characteristics include: /strong /ppbr / /pulliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliStrong customer service orientation. /liliAbility to manage users independently. /liliProfessional presence and demeanor. /liliAbility to handle sensitive situations and high expectations. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequests may range from very simple tasks to everyday operational issues, such as:



/strong /ppbr / /pulliA PC that does not start. /liliA disconnected network cable or docking station. /liliPC or smartphone configuration. /liliTeams or Microsoft 365 issues. /liliApplication usage support. /liliEmail errors (e.G.
