Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Account & Marketplace Manager to take full strategic and commercial ownership of our primary e-commerce partner platform, while coordinating synergies with the physical Retail channel. The ideal candidate will combine strong digital marketing and retail media expertise with an analytical mindset focused on safeguarding business profitability.
Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Event Execution: Define and execute comprehensive sales planning for the designated e-commerce platform. Secure continuous ownership of offer competitiveness (price buy-box logic and digital shelf visibility) and lead the commercial strategy for major seasonal promotional milestones and digital market peaks.
Retail Media & Digital Marketing: Drive conversion rate growth by directly optimizing sponsored advertising campaigns (PPC) and retail media budgets. Manage native marketplace SEO and maintain high-quality catalog content to enhance overall brand presentation.
Profitability Safeguarding & Operations: Partner closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels, systematically avoiding costly Out of Stock or Overstock scenarios. Protect profit margins by auditing, monitoring, and disputing automated platform chargebacks and logistical deductions.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Leverage platform-specific KPIs and advanced data analysis to generate actionable business insights and high-level strategic reporting for executive leadership.
Store Visibility (Omnichannel Integration): Address and enhance the crucial role of the physical store within the Consumer Electronics (CES) channel,
driving visibility and sell-out strategies that go beyond traditional tools like standard flyers and promotions to achieve full omnichannel integration.
Qualifications Skills required: strong data-driven mindset with advance excel skills, deep understanding of platform metrics;
sharp troubleshooting abilities to efficiently unblock operational, catalog or administrative issues;
strong sales skills tailored to managing, negotiating, and aligning strategies with traditional retail accounts to ensure a cohesive market approach.
Fluent knowledge of English language
What We Offer Permanent Contract
The position is classified at level 1 or Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011. The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 45.000 and 55.000 euros.
The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.
Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
