We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for Connected Vehicle Data. Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for products built on connected vehicle data streams - effectively the "Product CEO" for a portfolio of data-driven services and features.

Responsibilities
- Establish and own the vision and strategic priorities for connected vehicle data, with input from vehicle brands and internal stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the product backlog - features, user stories, milestones, and dependencies across the full development lifecycle.
- Translate business, customer, regulatory, and system requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Product, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Software, Validation, Quality, Program Management, and external suppliers.
- Drive backlog refinement and governance in JIRA, maintaining traceability from customer‑facing features to execution work items and vehicle program milestones.
- Support connected vehicle data feature planning across onboard and cloud, plus future data-collection initiatives.
- Monitor new requirements, regulatory evolution, and program impacts to keep roadmaps and priorities aligned.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and resolve requirement gaps and ambiguities across organizations and vehicle programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices, backlog governance, and requirement management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years overall experience, with 3+ years in product management or leading cross‑functional areas focused on automotive data collection (connected services) and/or automotive HW/SW components - especially telematics, radio units, and other ECU.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product management, systems engineering, requirements management, software development, and connected vehicle technologies.
- Strong grasp of backlog management, feature decomposition, user story creation, and requirements traceability.
- Experience in cross‑functional environments spanning engineering, quality, validation, and program teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; customer‑obsessed.
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Strong business acumen with proven product category growth experience.
- Passionate about automotive and mobility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in technology or management.
- Experience with CAN data, cloud connectivity, data analytics, xOTA, and vehicle EE architecture.
- Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of JIRA / IBM RTC.
