JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Cashier (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Leccio – The Mall Outlet. In this role, you will be at the heart of the client journey, ensuring every transaction is seamless, efficient and aligned with Burberry’s elevated service standards. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and memorable final touchpoint, supporting both the client experience and store operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver accurate and efficient transaction processing in line with Burberry standards
- Provide a warm, professional and seamless checkout experience for every client
- Support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Handle returns, exchanges and payments in accordance with company policies
- Maintain organisation and presentation of the cashier area, upholding brand standards




- Contribute to store operations, including administrative tasks and stock-related activities

PERSONAL PROFILE

- Experience in a customer-facing or cashier role, ideally within retail or premium environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Clear and confident communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities
- Flexibility to work across peak retail periods and weekends
