Experteer Italy is seeking a CRM lead to drive first‑party data activation and lifecycle marketing across Southern Europe. You will design multi‑channel programs, deliver advanced segmentation, and lead CRM activations to nurture and convert customers while ensuring privacy‑compliant data usage.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Media, Digital/eCommerce, and Sales to provide a seamless journey and mature CRM culture. Fluent English and Italian required; hybrid working in Italy is offered.
