Experteer Overview

In this role you will strengthen Costa's technology risk and assurance framework within the RAAS team, supporting governance, security, and operational resilience across shoreside and shipboard IT. You will deliver risk-based IT audit plans, assess controls, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements. The position offers exposure to global audit methodologies and cross-geography collaboration within a leading cruise group undergoing digital transformation. You will help balance innovation with compliance, enabling safe and efficient technology-enabled growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute risk-based IT audit plans across the technology landscape
- Assess effectiveness of IT controls, governance, security, and compliance processes
- Identify technology risks and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address audit findings and implement remediation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote accountability and risk awareness
- Support continuous evolution of Costa's audit and risk management practices




- Engage with global stakeholders and audit initiatives across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, IT Compliance or related assurance functions
- Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, risk frameworks, internal controls, and information security
- Experience assessing risks across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital initiatives
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations
- Ability to operate in a global environment with international teams
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally, including ships and operational sites
