Your mission
Sungrow is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer for Italy who combines technical expertise with customer support to enable clean energy growth. You will help partners and customers get the best from our solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative service environment.
Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market.
Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
Join selected pre-sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
Create and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region.
Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support,



or service within PV, ESS, O&M;, or a similar energy-related environment.
Strong interest in clean-tech and a customer-focused approach to solving technical challenges.
Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
Independent, focused, adaptable work style in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
