Your mission

Ciao a Tutti e Benvenuti Nel Team Sungrow Italia! Being Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Viterbo (Lazio) is an exciting task because you are the superhero our clients need. You will directly speak with them to ensure our solutions satisfy their needs. Key responsibilities include:

- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
- Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services.
- Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
- Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
- Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
- Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
- Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
- Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process.




- Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

Your profile

We expect the following qualifications:

- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer; understanding of ACDC, low/medium voltage, electrical conduits, etc.
- Italian and English language skills at least at B2 level.
- Experience with battery storage solutions is beneficial.
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Driving license is extremely important for the job.
- H&S; training to access construction sites with electrical specific training.
- Willing to work on call duty and to travel 60% of the time.
