Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will lead end-to-end WMS solution delivery, bridging the software factory and business operations. You will guide design, testing, and cut-over activities to ensure alignment with requirements and value realization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, manage priorities, and support go-live and hypercare. You will drive issue resolution through root-cause analysis and monitor progress against KPIs. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale logistics solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Track solution implementation against requirements and ensure alignment to final delivery
Lead internal functional and customer validation testing phases
Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests with software factory, operations, and IT
Support operations in process discussions and understanding
Serve as primary liaison between software factory and business operations to mediate priorities
Deliver WMS solutions from requirements through testing, cut-over, go-live, and hypercare
Identify gaps and evaluate solution proposals
Log defects and support root-cause analysis to resolve issues




Collaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specs for new functionalities
Monitor progress and report according to defined KPIs
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry
Hands-on WMS experience; Blue Yonder knowledge a plus
3-5 years in software delivery/solution implementation
Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
Structured communication and ability to present information appropriately to the audience
Concise and timely reporting to internal/external customers and vendors
Ability to plan workloads in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
SQL knowledge mandatory; Jira, Confluence, and Xray a plus
Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions and geographies
Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus
