Purpose of the position: As HVAC systems for industrial buildings , you will respond to the BUILD Department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Define HVAC system design criteria , integrating mechanical, electrical and instrumentation requirements.
Interpret contract requirements, specifications and design bases , identifying critical aspects and ensuring compliance.
Develop HVAC system architectures and technical solutions , coordinating interfaces with other building/module systems while meeting quality and schedule targets.
Prepare and review project documentation , including specifications, datasheets, layouts, P&ID; diagrams and electrical drawings.
Assess technical risks, evaluate alternative solutions and coordinate design activities , including planning, monitoring and managing external suppliers.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience:




At least five years as a HVAC & Building System Engineer of experience within Oil & Gas Sector and in the design of air conditioning systems for civil and/or industrial buildings and specific knowledge of main related international standards are required.
Experience in working in a project team of engineers and able to function (based upon prior experience) in both the design and operational environment and be able to adapt to different work conditions in office and at site.
Extensive knowledge of standard engineering methods, technologies and computerized design techniques.
NICE TO HAVE: Previous experience in Oil & Gas and large projects is preferred and/or experience in HVAC systems for naval buildings/modules and Hull
Languages: B2 minimum
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of main HVAC equipment characteristics and related installation and testing procedure and methods
Basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, specifically related to the selection of equipment and related control systems
Experience in the specific design of technological systems within buildings, including budgeting and cost estimating, activities planning and quality control.
IT Skills:
CARRIER and/or MC4
REVIT
CAD systems (AutoCAD / BRICS Cad or Microstation)
Autodesk Naviswork
Autodesk Construction Cloud
MS Office
