This role is for you. /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for a strongJunior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist /strong to join our Manufacturing Engineering Office and support senior engineers in strongNew Product Introduction (NPI) /strong, strongfirst industrial prototypes /strong, and strongcontinuous improvement /strong across the plant. /ppbr / /ppYou can think of this as a hands‑on, entry‑level strongindustrialization PMO /strong role: you help coordinate data, dates, and documentation, then work with the shopfloor to make new products real. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you’ll do /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupport NPI and prototype builds end to end, from RD handover to first serial ramp, keeping the master plan, risks, and actions up to date. /liliCoordinate the RD‑to‑Operations handover: collect drawings and specs, verify routings, work centers and tooling lists, and ensure product configuration is clear for production. /liliSupervise strongBill of Materials /strong readiness in ERP (D365). /liliMake sure work orders for prototypes and pilot builds are created, released, and sequenced on time, tracking lead times and raising constraints with Planning, Purchasing, and Production. /liliPrepare build books and standard work for pilots and first‑offs,



capture deviations and lessons learned, and feed them back into updates. /liliTrack capex and supplier deliverables for equipment, jigs, fixtures and gauges, including FAT/SAT dates and documentation. /liliKeep the register of improvement projects for the area, with KPIs, owners, and due dates. /liliMaintain clean data: routings, cycle times, scrap codes, tooling life, and ECN status. /liliBe present on the shopfloor, working day‑to‑day with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE to troubleshoot and improve. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you bring /strong /ppbr / /pulliRecent degree in strongMechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering /strong, /lili or a strongtechnical high school diploma /strong with a strong hands‑on attitude. /liliYou are organized, detail‑driven, and a proactive communicator in strongItalian and English /strong. /liliYou are willing to spend time on the shopfloor, close to the processes and the people, not only at a desk. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice to have /strong /ppbr / /pulliBasics of strongLean /strong, strong5S /strong, strongVSM /strong, and problem solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
