Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end execution of Field Services customer projects, leading multi?disciplinary teams to deliver on scope, safety, and financial targets. You serve as the primary customer contact, manage contractual obligations, and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on?time, within?budget delivery. You will shape project plans, mitigate risks, and implement change orders to optimize gross margin. This role offers exposure to global projects and cross?region collaboration.

Develop project planning, milestones, and team structure; define roles and responsibilities
Perform risk analysis and identify potential change orders
Coordinate internal and customer kick?off meetings; maintain proactive communication within the team
Guide task planning and monitor progress against scope and deliverables
Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and deviations are reviewed against specifications
Manage project execution with a strong focus on safety and stakeholder satisfaction




Act as primary customer contact to ensure consistent execution and resolve issues
Monitor schedule, update plans, and escalates risks to maintain on?time completion
Oversee cost control, forecast, revenue recognition, and project profitability
Responsibilities Technical High School Diploma and/or Engineering University Degree (Electrical, Energetical, Mechanical)
Knowledge of Building Management System solutions
Proficiency in project management software (MS Excel, MS Project)
Ability to complete projects on time with safety and customer satisfaction
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
Ability to anticipate deviations and escalates appropriately
Experience with project profitability, GM improvement, and book?to?bill forecasting
English fluency
