IC Resources is seeking an experienced ASIC Design Manager to lead a team in Bergamo, Italy. This position involves managing a complex team focused on developing innovative Silicon-Photonics chips tailored for the AI and data center market.
Ideal candidates should have a solid background in R&D; functions, experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, and familiarity with advanced semiconductor process technologies. Local bilingual speakers will have an advantage, but fluent English is required.
