La DoubleJ is seeking a bilingual Arabic & English speaking Personal Shopper based in Milan, Italy. This online role focuses on cultivating and developing relationships with high?value clients, delivering a premium personal shopping experience, and driving sales growth in the Middle East market.
Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients in the Middle East market.
Deliver best?in?class personal shopping services through digital channels.
Create and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly targets and yearly goals.
Promote customer loyalty through engagement and selling activities.
Collaborate closely with the Personal Shopping Manager and cross?functional teams.
Qualifications
Arabic speaking is mandatory; German speaking or other languages are a plus.
Strong experience as a Personal Shopper in luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
Demonstrable portfolio of VIP clients (ideally).
Commercially driven with excellent client development and communication skills.
Highly motivated and competent, able to converse at all levels internally and externally.
Background in fast?paced, growth?oriented international environments.
