Job Description:DXC Technology Italy is looking for a DevOps Engineer Expert to join C&I offering.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on-prem or cloud), with end-to-end technical ownership of the platformManage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshootingImplement and maintain cluster components such as ingress controllers, storage integrations, and networking pluginsBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similarAutomate application deployment workflows, environment provisioning, and repetitive operational tasks using Bash or PythonUse Terraform, Helm, and related IaC tools to define and manage infrastructureDeploy and manage monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager), perform root-cause analysis and optimize system performanceCollaborate with development teams to support containerization and deployment best practices, acting as direct interface with clients and technical teamsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior/mid team members, contributing to the definition of technical standards and best practicesContribute to the hiring process through technical assessments during interviewsWe RequireStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administrationProficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline designSolid understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd)Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflowsGood scripting skills in Bash or PythonFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaStrong Linux systems engineering backgroundExperience with Generative AI tools is a plusLocation: Naples (NA)
