Delivery Lead – Avanade Locations: Torino, Firenze, Cagliari Lead with excellence and a collaborative spirit as a Delivery Lead at Avanade, where every project is a step toward client satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee complex delivery projects in Health & Public Services, with specific experience in Local Public Administration, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact, maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, communicate effectively with the delivery team, update on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly. Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop the client business.
Project Delivery : Lead planning, execution, and delivery; develop detailed plans, allocate resources, manage schedules, monitor performance with appropriate tools, and report progress and adjustments.
Team Leadership : Oversee project managers, coordinators, and delivery staff; provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback; foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture; manage multiple projects under pressure.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices,
drive continuous improvement to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary, and anticipate new business opportunities.
Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. ~5–7 years of experience in project management and delivery management for Local Public Administration. ~ Proven experience managing system integration projects. ~ Strong technical background with a proactive, results‑oriented approach. ~ Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). ~ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
