Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English

Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards

Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty





????????Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations

????????Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department

????????Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers

Job requirements: Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English

Commercial or tourism background

Experience in customer service

Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use

Good communication skills

As the first point of contact xkiyazw with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team

Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
