Retribuzione / Benefits Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Develop and execute production plans aligned with priorities and demand
Monitor plant performance via KPI management (OEE, productivity, waste, service levels)
Optimize use of personnel, equipment, and resources
Ensure GMP compliance and collaboration with QA/QC for audit readiness
Investigate production deviations, CAPAs, and operational issues
Drive Lean and continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs
Lead and develop production supervisors and teams
Foster safety culture and adherence to EHS policies
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing leadership in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, FMCG, or highly regulated environments
Proven GMP-regulated production leadership experience
Track record of operational improvements and productivity gains
Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision?making abilities
Fluent Italian and good English
